Sciatis nos pro salute anime nostre, et pro salute animarum omnium antecessorum et successorum nostrorum regum Scocie, dedisse concessisse et hac presenti carta nostra confirmasse Deo et Beate Marie Virgini de Neubotille, abbati et monachis ibidem Deo seruientibus et in perpetuum seruituris, duas partes terre de Mastertone prope Neubotille.
