Thomas de Brotherstone grants to God, Blessed Mary, the church of Dryburgh and the canons serving God there, in pure and perpetual alms, an acre of land in the territory of Brotherstone in augmentation of six acres in 'Vitrig' and four in the territory of Brotherstone in the nearest place beside the foresaid four acres which they hold from the grant of his ancestors etc.
