Patrick, earl of Dunbar grants to God, Blessed Mary of Dryburgh and the abbot and convent serving God there, a toft in his burgh of Dunbar which once belonged to Hugh late chaplain of his father, with a house and two-and-a-half acres of land which sir Hugh held in Dunbar.
