Thomas Henderson stated that he would stand by what he had said on the translation, namely St Boswell day, that he should prove George Michelhill a thief and receiver of stolen goods.

Sanct Bousueill day, the quhilk vordis var thir, that he suld preif George Michelhill ane theif and ane ressaittour, and abone thir vordis the said George tuk ane instrument."
