A half croft has been granted to Andrew Raperlaw, burgess of Ayr, by the Friars. If he or his heirs sell any annual rent from it or don't pay the annual rent for three consecutive terms etc then the half croft will return to the Friars in augmentation of divine service to the friary of St Katherine.
