Adam de Boure, burgess of Ayr, grants to God, St Katherine, and All Saints, and the prior and convent of the Friars Preachers of Ayr, serving God and St Katherine there, an annual rent of 4 s after his death. After his death they are to celebrate an anniversary on the morrow of the feast of St Dionysius {Denys}.
