Andrew de Wasford, son and heir of the late Simon de Wasford, burgess of Ayr, grants to God, St Katherine the Virgin, and the house of the Friars Preachers of Ayr, the tenement of his late father which he gave to his own wife Margaret for her lifetime, and two particates of land etc. Margaret also grants a particate of land.
