Gilbert de Hay, knight, lord of Errol, for the salvation of his soul and the soul of his late father, Sir Nicholas de Hay, and the souls of all his ancestors and successors, with consent of Nicholas, his son and heir, grants to God, St Mary of Coupar, and the monks, the patronage of the church of Fossoway with the two acres of land nearer the church on the west side.
