Item two silver basins for washing, gilded on the circumference, given by Henry, bishop of Aberdeen, with an inscription on each basin beginning 'Henry, by the grace of God, bishop of Aberdeen, caused us to be made for the high altar of the church of the cathedral in 1433 and whoever removes us from that altar may they be cursed by God and Our Lady and condemned for eternity. Amen.'
