Duncan Shearer, canon of Aberdeen and rector of Clatt, has sold l(in feu-farm) land to Andrew 'Ramsone', cordiner of the burgh of Aberdeen. An annual rent of 30 s is to be paid to the perpetual chaplains of the college of the parish church of St Nicholas of Aberdeen.
