William Chalmer of Balnacraig, executor of the late Master Walter Idill, canon of the churches of Brechin and Aberdeen and prebendary of Deer, for the salvation of the souls of Walter, his parents, and his own, grants to God, St Mary, and the chaplains of the choir an annual rent of 20 s to celebrate each week a Mass callled 'septimana', namely on Friday in the chapel of St Ninian, the confessor.
