Alan Futhes grants, for the salvation of his soul and those of his parents and of Andrew Futhes, late lord of 'Futhes', to God almighty, the Blessed Virgin Mary, all saints, and the dean and chapter of the church of Aberdeen, his annual rent of 40 s from the lands of 'Glak', for a Mass of the Holy Trinity at the altar of the Blessed glorious eternal virgin Mary in the south choir of the cathedral church of Aberdeen, and an anniversary to be celebrated solemnly annually on 21 September etc.
