James I confirms grant which Patrick Ogilvy of 'Grandown', knight, made to a perpetual chaplain to celebrate Mass in the chapel of St Mary the Virgin of Garioch for the salvation of the soul of the late Andrew Leslie, knight. The grant was of an annual rent of 10 merks from the lands of the said Patrick of Strathalvah within the sheriffdom of Banff etc
