The revenues of the vicarage of Ellon are granted to the abbot and convent of Kinloss monastery. A cathedral prebend is to be established from the fruits and a chaplain supported. Payments are to be made to the canon, vicar and chaplain at two terms of the year at Ellon, namely half at the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in 1328 and the other half at the feast of pasch immediately following. Any impediments etc will be regarded as an affront to God and the Blessed Virgin Mary.
