The provost and bailies order the four officers to go with the collector of the chaplains of St Nicholas' parish church of Aberdeen and assist in recovering debts.

The said day, the prouest and baillies decernit and ordanit the four officiaris, or ony ane of thame that beis requirit, heirto to pass with the collector of the cheplanis of Sanct Nicholace proche {sic.} kirk of Abirdene, and assist, concur, poynd, and distrenze all landis and housses within this burght, quhais possessors and occupiars ar restand to thame thair few maills, or annuel rents of the Witsonday terme in anno Lviij yeirs, and of the Mertimes and Witsonday termes last bypast, conforme to the euidents and infeftments maid to thame thairupoune; and to compryiss the geir and guids poyndit be thame, and mak penny thairof and paiment to the saids cheplanis within thre dayess thairefter; and, gif ony persone or personis resists or deforces, to warne thame instantly to ane court of fresche and recent deforce to heir the samyn provin, and iustice ministrat as effears.
