The assise has ordered John Trail to fulfil the condition made in his obligation and yearly to pay 40 s when he brings home the blue stone for his father, and that to be taken up according to the judgement and direction of his mother, of Sir Adam, and Thomas, his brother, to sing for his father's soul at St Duthac's altar.
