Agreement between David Menzies, elder, and sir Andrew Wright, master of the kirk work of Aberdeen whereby David has sold to sir Andrew, in the name of St Nicholas, three 'futhir' of lead each containing six score of stones. In return sir Andrew will pay 46 li 10 s of usual money of Scotland. Fines for non-delivery and non-payment are then detailed.

It is appontit and fullely accordit betuixt Dauid Menzes, elder, on the ta part, and Sir Andro Wryt, maister of the kirk wark of Aberdene, on that vyther part, In maner and fourme as efter follouis, that is to say that the said Dauid has sawlde to the said Sir Andro, in the name of Sanct Nicholace, thre futhir of lede ilke futhir contenand sex score of stanys to be deliuerit God willand gif wynde and wethir wil serve betuix this and pasch next to cum apon the key of Aberdene but ony exceptione cauillacione fraude or gile. For the quhilkis the said maister of Wark sal pay to the said Dauid or his deputis or factoris deliueraris of the said lede fourty-sex pundis and ten schillingis of vsuale money of Scotland for the hail thre futhiris at the said day of the deliuerence of the lede. {. . .}
