On which day Adam Thomson, tutor and guardian of the altar of St John the Baptist situated in the church of St Nicholas of Aberdeen protested for a certain annual rent of 13 s owed to the said altar for a long time which had not been paid, from a certain land lying in the Netherkirkgate on the south side.
