Sir Robert Spark, chaplain of the altar of St Duthac in the parish church of St Nicholas, compeared before the bailies and requested the clerk to read three processes, produced at three previous head courts, anent the recovery of a waste land belonging to the late John Gow, lying on the south side of the Shiprow, in default of payment of 7 s 11 d, payable to the altar, and long overdue.
