Andrew Durty, burgess of Aberdeen, grants his land on the west of the Gallowgate, between the land of the altar of St Stephen the protomartyr on the south etc to the curate and chaplains of the church of St Nicholas, as surety for an annual rent of 12 and a half merks from the land, yard, and barn of John Murray, burgess.
