John Neilson, dweller in Aberdeen, compeared and resigned an annual rent of 6 s from his land on the west of the Shiprow, between John Fichat's land on the north, Thomas Brechin's land on the south, St Katherine the Virgin's hill on the west, and the king's highway on the east, into the hands of Walter Cullen, bailie. He thereupon granted sasine of it to John Vaus, collector for the curate and chaplains of the choir of the church of St Nicholas
