Payment of £40 through a grant made by the king to Peter Hakket, Andrew Kympty and Alexander Lesk, for an annual pension of £40, as revealed by the king's letters of 24 July 1481, beginning at the feast of All Saints next following the said date, from the fermes of the island of Sanday, for the year of the account.

Et per concessionem factam Petro Hakket, Andree Kympty, et Alexandro Lesk, per dominum regem in annua pensione quadraginta librarum, ut patet per literas domini regis de data vicesimi quarti Julii anni Domini etc. octuagesimi primi, incipiendo ad festum Omnium Sanctorum dictam datam proxime sequens, de firmis insule de Sanday, de anno compoti, xl li.
