Charter of Juliana de Ponte, daughter and heir of the late Adam de Ponte, burgess of Ayr. Her father granted to God and St Katherine the Virgin of Ayr and Brother John Torry, then prior of the said house, and his convent, his stone house etc and three particates of land along with 21 s of annual rent. Considering her need, the prior has granted her the house and 3 particates. She grants to God, St Katherine, and the prior and convent, the foresaid 21 s in exhange for land of the same value which the king has granted to the friars. The house and 3 particates of land will revert to the friars after her death.
