summary
William de le Hay, lord of Aithmuir, for the salvation of his soul and the souls of his ancestors and successors, grants to God, St Mary of Coupar and the monks, a carucate of land in the fief of Errol on the south side of the grange of the said monks in the Carse which is called the Muirhouse, which his late brother, David de le Hay, lord of Errol, gave him. Mention is made of Inchmichael.
