John Simpson of Dundee and Robert Simpson his son have resigned into the hands of Sir John Scrimgeour, constable of Dundee, knight, the right of patronage of the chaplainry of the altar of All Saints recently founded in the parish church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Dundee, for the salvation of the souls of the said constable and Mariota, his wife, and the the souls of Peter of Dundee and Helen Elge, his wife, and of John and Robert Simpson.
