- Resignation of Agnes White, widow of George Carmichael, in the hands of James Scrimgeour, constable of Dundee, as lord superior, of tenement of land on south side of the market gate of Dundee, between the land of the heirs of the late David Olifer, and the vennel called Striveling's Wynd on the east, the cemetery of the church of St Clement on the west, the land of Andrew Barry younger on the south and the Market gate on the north. Land given in sasine to Agnes White in liferent and to her daughter Isobella Anderson. Annual rent of 9 merks 6 s 8 d to be paid to the chaplain of the perpetual chaplainry of St Servanus the bishop, and his successors at two terms - Pentecost and Martinmas - in two equal portions.
