notes
Accounts rendered at Clackmannan on 19 June 1330, covering the terms of Martinmas and Pentecost: 'de terminis Sancti Martini et Pentecostes'. 'Textoris' has been translated in the Index to the printed volume as 'Webster' but it is likely that this provost was the same as William 'cissoris' in the previous year's account - translated as 'Tailor' in the Index. Both Williams are found in combination with Adam Clerk as provosts.
