William, humble minister of the church of Dunkeld, makes known that, with the unanimous consent and assent of his chapter, after full discussion, he has granted to the abbot of Inchaffray, and to the canons of the same, who should serve at the direction of the abbot in the chapel of St Filan in Glendochart, in the diocese of Dunkeld
