Sciant tam presentes quam futuri me dedisse et concessisse et hac carta mea confirmasse Deo et beate Marie et beato Iohanni apostolo de Incheaffren, et canonicis eiusdem loci eorumque successoribus pro Dei amore et salute anime mee et uxoris mee, et antecessorum et heredum meorum ecclesiam sancti Kathani de Aberrotheuin cum omnibus iustis pertinentiis suis.
