A Letter made to Robert Gibb, his heirs and assignees, one or more, of the gift of all goods movable , debts, leases, obligations, sums of money and other goods whatsoever, which pertain to Master Bartholomew Kello, and now pertain or in any way shall happen or may pertain to our sovereign lord by reason of escheat, through denunciation of the said Bartholomew our sovereign lord's rebel and declaring him an outlaw, for non-delivery of an affirmative or negative on the points of a brieve of lineation raised by Sir Thomas Johnson, chaplain of St John the Evangelist's alter situated within the parish church of the burgh of Linlithgow, for lining of a tenement within the said burgh pertaining to the said altar
