David I makes grant in honour of the Holy Cross, St Mary the virgin, and All Saints to the church of the Holy rood of Edinburgh. The grant includes the church of St Cuthbert with its parish; the two chapels pertaining to the church of St Cuthbert; and the teind of fishing which pertains to the church of St Cuthbert.
