David II confirms charter of John of Menteith, lord of Arran and Knapdale in which he grants to God, the Blessed Virgin Mary, St Winnin, and the monastery of Kilwinning in Cunningham, and to the abbot and monks etc, the right of patronage of and the presentation to the churches of St Mary and St Brigid of the island of Arran with their chapels.
