Letters following on petition of David II narrating that the late Robert, bishop of Glasgow, considering the state of the monastery of SS Mary and Winnin of Kilwinning on account of losses of wars etc, granted the perpetual vicarages of the churches of Kilmarnock and Beith, in the diocese of Glasgow, to the abbot, convent and monastery.
