The Dominicans are granted similar privileges to those enjoyed by the Franciscans in regard to the observance of certain feast days in towns or places under interdict; so that on the feasts of SS Dominic, Peter Martyr, Thomas Aquinas, Vincent, and St Catherine of Siena, when they should occur in such towns or places, it should be lawful to celebrate divine service in the churches of the convents of the Friars Preachers etc
