William de Lamberton, bishop of St Andrews, to the honour of God, St Andrew our patron, and St Margaret the queen, whose relics are venerated there (Dunfermline) with renown, confers the vicarage of Dunfermline on the sacristan of the abbey. The charter is dated on the nearest Monday following the feast of St Nicholas the confessor in 1300.
