Thomas de Perth called Bell, canon of Dunkeld, for the salvation of his soul and the souls of his parents and all the faithful departed, grants to God, the monastery of St Michael of Scone, and the canons serving God there, a half mark sterling annually to be taken up from a land in the Watergate of Perth.
