Alexander, king of Scots, to the honour of God, the blessed virgin, his mother, St Michael and all saints, and for the salvation of his soul and those of his spouse, children, predecessors and successors, grants to the abbot and convent of Scone a net's fishing in the fishing which is called 'gerny' on the Tay which before was called the king's net.
