William, bishop of St Andrews, grants to God, the church of the Holy Trinity of Scone, and the abbot and canons there, that place which is called 'Kincarachin' above the bank of the river Tay which is situated in the parish of Scone, so that they are able to transport the necessary materials for building a chapel and other buildings.
