Payment of 20 li to the three chaplains founded by the present king, celebrating Mass in the chapel of blessed John the Baptist at Corstorphine, next to the parish church there, built by the late Sir Adam Forster of Corstorphine, knight, for the souls of the king and queen, their predecessors and successors as well as the souls of Sir Adam, his wife, and all the faithful, receiving 20 li annually from the burgh fermes for their salaries

Et tribus capellanis fundatis per dominum nostrum regem modernum, celebrantibus in capella beati Johannis Baptiste apud Corstorfyn, contigua ecclesie parochiali ejusdem, constructa per quondam dominum Adam Forster de Corstorfyne, militem, pro anima dicti domini nostri regis, et domine regine consortis sue, ac animabus antecessorum et successorum suorum, necnon animabus dicti domini Ade, uxoris sui, et animabus omnium fidelium defunctorum, percipientibus annuatim pro salariis suis viginti libras de firmis dicti burgi ad duos anni terminos consuetos, in puram et perpetuam elemosinam et ad manum mortuam imperpetuum, ut patet per cartam dicti domini nostri regis alias ostensam super computum, camerario Scocie testante receptum super computum de anno hujus computi, xx li.
