William, king of Scots confirms to God, the church of St Michael of Scone, and the canons serving God there, that grant which Malcolm, earl of Atholl made to them of the church of Logie-Mahedd (Logierait) with the chapels pertaining to it, namely with the chapel of 'Kilchemi', 'Dunfolenthi' (Dunfallandy?), 'Kelkaffin', 'Kelmichelde Tulimath'.
