Sir John de Kinross grants to his cousin, Sir Walter de Lindsay, lord of Thurston, his whole demesne land of Little Pert with his fishings of North Esk, along with 20 s annualrent yearly from Inglismaldie, for a silver merk and a pound of wax due yearly to the prior and convent of Restennet from the said land of Little Pert and with all commodities and easements of the marsh of Inglismaldie etc
