On 25 June, on the feast of St Molocus, let there be every year a commemoration for which Master Duncan Shearer, rector of Clatt, will pray and there will be a solemn Mass in the new college of the university, namely a Mass of St Molocus with music at the high altar with other private Masses of the other masters and chaplains while he lives. After his death let a solemn anniversary be celebrated perpetually on the day of his death, as is the custom, for the other canons in the said college, for which he gave the said masters, chaplans etc an annual rent.

Vicesimo quinto die Junij in festo sancti Moloci fiat singulis annis commemoratio pro quibus magister Duncanus Scherar rector de Clat orare tenetur et erit solempnis missa in nouo collegio vniuersitatis videlicet sancti Moloci de nota ad magnum altare cum alijs priuatis missis aliorum dominorum magistrorum et capellanorum fundatorum et fundandorum dum vixerit . Post cuius mortem anniuersarium solempne die obitus sui perpetuo celebretur prout moris est pro alijs canonicis in dicto collegio . pro quo dedit dictis magistris dominis cappellanis et pueris fundatis et fundandis in dicto nouo collegio vniuersitatis Abirdonensis vnum annuum redditum xx s. {. . .}
