On 25 June on the feast of St Molocus let there be every year a commemoration in Aberdeen cathedral for which Master Duncan Shearer will pray and there will be a solemn Mass on that day, namely a Mass of St Molocus, with music, at the altar of St Andrew with other private Masses of other chaplains while Duncan is alive. After his death let an anniversary be celebrated on the day of his death perpetually for which he gave to the vicars and chaplains of the choir 13 s 4 d annually as in the charter and instrument etc.

Vicesimo quinto die Junij in festo sancti Moloci fiat singulis annis commemoratio in ecclesia cathedrali Abirdonensi pro quibus magister Duncanus Scherer orare tenetur et erit solempnis missa eodem die videlicet sancti Moloci de nota ad altare sancti Andree cum alijs priuatis [missis] aliorum capellanorum Duncanus ipse dum vixerit . post cuius mortem anniuersarium solempne die obitus sue perpetuo celebretur pro quo dedit vicarijs et capellanis chori eiusdem xiij s. iiij d. annuatim prout in carta et instrumento desuper confectis continetur {. . .}
