Agreement between sir Alexander Simpson, vicar of Banchory-Ternan, and John Stalker, servant to the Earl Marischal and Alexander Irvine of the Drum. Notwithstanding John Stalker's claim of entry in and to the bell of St Ternan called the 'Ronecht', by reason of heritage pertaining to him by his wife, they have given over all right and claim of entry to sir Alexander and his successors as vicars of Banchory-Ternan. The bell is leased to John for 40 s to be paid yearly to sir Alexander and his successors.
