Ingram, bishop of Aberdeen, grants to John de Janua, chaplain of Westhall, {chaplainry} recently founded in the cathedral, and to his successors, a piece of land on the west part of the manse of Monymusk. He wishes the said chaplains to celebrate divine service at the altar founded in honour of St Ninian the glorious confessor situated in the north part of the north 'tuffalo'. 40 s are granted for celebrating the two anniversaries as contained in the foundation.
