William Lask, father, lord of Lask, for the salvation of his soul and those of his wives, Alice Rath and Mariota St Michael, and of his brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, parents and benefactors, has granted and now confirms to God and Blessed Mary of Ellon and all saints, one stone of wax to be taken annually from his land of Logy beside Ellon to shine and burn over the tomb of himself and his wives on all Sundays and feast days, along with 12 pennies of silver from the foresaid land. He also gives, grants, and by this present charter confirms to the altar of the Holy Cross in the church of Ellon one pound of wax from the land of William son of Adam Schyroll.
