Gilbert Sanquhar of Muircroft compears and offers to repair the tenement formerly of the late Gilbert 'Kyngudy', and to bind his lands of Muircroft in order to pay yearly to the altar of St James two merks during his own lifetime and that of his next heir, and thereafter 40 s for ever; or alternatively to hand over the said tenement to the provost and bailies on payment of his outlays thereon, within the next fifteen days.
