Agnes Sinclair has been sold lands of 'Morame' with pertinents by her former husband, Patrick earl of Bothwell. She grants that, if she remarries or dies before the redemption of the lands, the earl will pay her, or her heirs, the sum of 3,000 merks at St James' altar in St Giles collegiate church of Edinburgh.
