Charter by Agnes White widow of George Carmichael, burgess of Dundee, in favour of her daughter Isobella Anderson, begotten between her and the late Thomas Anderson, of a tenement of burghal land lying on the south side of the market gate of Dundee, between the land of the heirs of the late David Oliver and the vennel called Skirling's wynd on the east, the cemetery of the church of St Clement on the west, the land of Andrew Barry, younger, on the south, and the marketgate on the north. Annual rent of 9 merks 6 s 8 d to be paid to the chaplain of the perpetual chaplainry of St Servanus the bishop at the two accustomed terms in the year - Pentecost and Martinmas - in two equal portions.
