David Rollock resigning in the hands of Master David Carale, one of the bailies of the burgh of Dundee, an annualrent of 6 merks usual money of Scotland from his tenement with pertinents lying within the burgh of Dundee on the south part of the Flucargate between the lands of the abbot and convent of Lindores to the east and the land of the heirs of the late Thomas Pyot to the west. He also resigns an annualrent of 6 merks of the same money from a tenement within the same burgh on the south part of the street of St Mary between the land of the late John Scrimgeour to the west and the land pertaining to the chaplainry of the three kings of Cologne within the parish church to the east. He resigns a land with pertinents on the south part of the street 'Argadie' between the land of the chaplainry of St James the apostle to the west and the land of the chaplainry of St Salvator to the east. Resignations are in favour of John Sowtar, chaplain, and the image of St Thomas the apostle, for the sustentation of a chaplain at the altar of St Michael the archangel within the parish church of Dundee in honour of St Thomas the Apostle and St Margaret the Virgin.
